Day 1

Day 1 of P90x. Did my fitness test and before pictures last night. Passed all but two areas of the fitness test. I was 10 seconds short on the wall sit and I couldn't complete the 2 minutes of jumping jacks. I knew my Achilles tendon would start giving me problems.

So today was chest, back and ab ripper x. Man. I forgot how out of shape I am! And it's kind of hard to push yourself when it's just you...and a TV. But I'm determined to make it. I have about 104 days until Italy and 83 days of work outs left (12 7-day weeks). I can do this.

Before pictures will eventually come up. Just not ready for that yet.
