Day 10: Shoulders & Arms

What is success? It's the little things that make you want to push harder. My success? Being able to max out on 10 Chair Dips and 12 Side Tri Rises when I couldn't do ONE two weeks ago. I'm pumped!! I was honestly worried that I wasn't getting an effective work out. I guess I was wrong!

The rest of the work out went pretty well. It's nice to give my legs a break. They're not hating me nearly as much as they were two weeks ago. I could barely function! There's still a bit of soreness, but it's not debilitating.

Waking up was so tough again! As soon as that alarm goes off I want to turn it off and roll over! I really need to get into the habit of just jumping out of bed as soon as it goes off. That's been the toughest for me.
