Day 3: Shoulders and Arms

Body got off to a rough start today. I managed to turn off my snooze and my other alarm. Woke up 30 minutes early and that jumped into workout time. Didn't get ab work today. But my arms and shoulders? They'll hate me tomorrow. By the way, thanks to plyometrics, simple things like sitting on a toilet are incredibly different today. It's going to be a hair up day. Just don't have the strength and energy in my arms to do my hair. The things we do. :)
